Replacement/ Return Policy

  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to all terms and conditions.
  • We are committed to make your shopping experience fuss-free and enjoyable! We request to please read through all the terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
  • As a company policy we provide a 7-day return, replacement, and exchange by writing to us as at customercare@shopmarche.in. After a period of 7-days from product delivery, no requests for returns, replacements or exchange will be accepted.
  • Men's wear is only applicable for exchanges and in case of returns a credit note would be issued. NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • Following criteria should be adhered for any return, replacement, or exchange:
    • The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page.
    • Please note that international orders are not eligible for any returns, replacement, or exchanges.
    • Replacement in a bigger or a smaller size is available (provided the terms and conditions are met). The customer will be issued a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is out of stock.
    • Following products are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable:
      • Purchased in sale
      • Discounted
      • Brought with a coupon and gift voucher
      • Custom-Made (made to order)
      • Accessories
    • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
    • 10-12% colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange, or return for the same.
  • Please ensure go through the size chart for sale products carefully.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Do note, that exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • Please do mention your name, address, number, email, and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • For size exchange of products not under sale & eligible, you may write to us at customercare@shopmarche.in within 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.
    • Your exchange request will be acknowledged by the team during next working day.
    • The customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost.
    • Please do not forget to acknowledge the return receipt with the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Marche will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • In case you have received a damaged product or wrong product, please inform us within 2 days or 48 hours of receiving it. You could drop us a mail with your order details at customercare@shopmarche.in. We will arrange a pick-up for the same and once received, we can either provide an exchange for the product or reimburse the amount to your account.

 

Please note:

  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in colour, finish, and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • We highly recommend that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
  • We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Reverse Pick Up:

  • We are happy to facilitate a reverse pickup for you in the case of returns or exchanges.
  • A flat INR 250/- charge is levied and payable by the customer for the reverse pick up service. This amount is to be paid while placing the return/exchange pickup request. Only once the amount is paid, will the service be facilitated.
